1. Booking
A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received and a confirmation email sent. We reserve the right to decline any booking.
2. Payment
All prices are in GBP. Full payment is required at the time of booking via our secure payment provider (Stripe). Prices include VAT where applicable.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- More than 14 days before check-in: Full refund minus a £10 administration fee.
- 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund. We recommend travel insurance.
- Cancellations must be made in writing to hello@rhosfawrcamping.co.uk.
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: from 2:00pm on your arrival date.
- Check-out: by 11:00am on your departure date.
- Late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
5. Site Rules
- Quiet hours: 10:30pm – 8:00am. No generators after 8pm.
- Campfires are permitted in designated areas only. No fires on the grass.
- Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and are not permitted in the toilet/shower block.
- Maximum vehicle speed on site: walking pace.
- No commercial vehicles, motorhomes, or trailers unless agreed in advance.
- Visitors must be registered at check-in.
6. Capacity
The pitch capacity stated at booking must not be exceeded. Additional guests may not be accommodated without prior agreement and may incur extra charges.
7. Liability
Rhos Fawr Camping accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property howsoever caused, except where required by law. Guests are responsible for their own belongings, vehicles, tents, and equipment.
8. Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the site, facilities, or equipment. We reserve the right to charge for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
9. Complaints
Any complaints should be raised with site staff during your stay wherever possible. Written complaints may be sent to hello@rhosfawrcamping.co.uk within 14 days of departure.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
