• Booking data: name, email, phone number, stay dates, number of guests, vehicle and pet information.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. We retain payment reference IDs for refund purposes.
• Account data: email address, password (bcrypt hashed), name, phone. Only collected if you register.
• Analytics: pages visited, referral source, UTM parameters, booking funnel progress. Tied to an anonymous session cookie — not your identity unless you book.
• Technical: IP address, browser type (via server logs).

3. How We Use Your Data

• To process and manage your booking
• To send booking confirmation, reminder, and cancellation emails
• To contact you about your booking if necessary
• To improve the website (analytics)
• To prevent fraud and maintain security

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on contract performance (booking), legitimate interests (analytics, security), and consent (marketing communications where applicable).

5. Data Sharing

We share your data with:

• Stripe — payment processing (their privacy policy applies)
• Hostinger — website hosting

We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Retention

Booking records are retained for 7 years for accounting purposes. Account data is retained until you request deletion. Analytics data is retained for 13 months.

8. Cookies
